Abstract
In this study, we will report on the relationship between temporomandibular dysfunction and a deformation in a patient with both an enlarged unilateral coronoid process and a deformation of condyle A patient is 36-year-old female who complained of trismus, and visited our university hospital. The configuration of cranio-mandible and the mandibular movement were observed. As a result, it was suggest that the deformites present in the configuration of the mandible are due to an alteration in masticatory muscle function and mandibular movement.
