N2 - To investigate the genetic background of lung cancer patients, HLA-A, -B, -C, -DR and-DQ antigen frequencies were tested in 130 lung cancer patients, 91 of whom were treated by surgery and 39 by chemotherapy and radiotherapy, with 111 normal healthy individuals as controls.
