    Abstract

There are two ways to build an energy consumption data. One is by downscaling the nationwide statistical data. It is often called macro data. Another way is by collecting the information of each household by questionnaire survey, and it is called micro data. Each has its own characteristics, it is important to chose the data according to the purpose. From the viewpoint of utilization of micro energy consumption data, the opinion is divided whether actual data or design values should be collected. Both of them have advantages and disadvantages so that to collect both data carefully and order include examining its correlativity are important.
