Abstract
A transformation theory for the anti-self-dual Yang-Mills equations in four-dimensional euclidean space is presented from a viewpoint of the Riemann-Hilbert problem. Two types of Bäcklund transformations which give `t Hooft's N-instanton solutions are discussed.
