Abstract

This paper describes recent progress of high-speed lithium niobate (LN) modulator technologies for advanced modulation formats. Integrated devices can synthesize multi-level lighwave signals in photonic circuits. Precise and high-speed modulation also plays important roles in broadband wireless transmission.
