    Abstract

The transpiration mass spectrometer system has been upgraded for better sensitivity and detectability by provision of a molecular beam chopping device, a skimmer orifice and a higher evacuation pumping system. Using this improved systems, the vapor species and pressure GeS, SnS and CdS have been measured.
