Abstract

Al/ZnSe: Mn/ITO (indium tin oxide) dc-electroluminescent cells were fabricated by plasma-assisted organometallic chemical vapor deposition. As a new manganese source, di-lr-cyclopentadienyl manganese [(C, H), Mn] was successfully used for the first time.
