Enantioselective cyclopropylation of various aldehydes proceeds using dicyclopropylzinc in the presence of a catalytic amount of chiral amino alcohol or thiophosphoramidate with Ti(OPr¹)₄ to provide enantiomerically enriched cyclopropyl alkanols (up to 96.6% ee).
