A mechanism for enhancing the intuitive recall of the work scenes in complicated documenting processes using screenshots

Complicated documenting composed of stacked document creation and its elaboration involving multiple tasks such as reading existing documents and Web exploration is increasingly being conducted. In order to successfully progress this type of documenting, it is important to skillfully manage the deliverables along with their editing processes and utilize them for later work. However, such management is generally difficult because of work lengthening and the diversity of information involved with the complicated processes. In this research, we develop a method to support recall of the circumstances in complicated documenting. In this paper, we give an overview of our support mechanism focusing on screenshots and a prototype.
