N2 - This paper proposes a designing method of a restart procedure speed-sensorless vector controlled induction generators for wind power generation systems. A designing method for a restart procedure is mainly discussed in this paper. Transfer function over the input and the output is linearized by using feedback for simple designing control system. This method is experimentally verified by a test set.
