抄録
This paper presents a practical implementation approach for the fixed-point homotopy method which determines DC operating-points of nonlinear circuits. We propose a special circuit called the "solution-tracing circuit". By using this circuit, SPICE transient analysis is performed to trace the solution curves of the homotopy equations and to reach the DC operating-points of the circuits to be solved. The proposed technique is effective and can be easily implemented.
