N2 - An alternate algorithm model was employed to calculate the generalized posterior probability and decoding. The probability model class for which the proposed algorithm calculated exact marginal posterior probability, was found to be wider than the sum-products algorithms. The results showed that the bit and the block error rate of the proposed algorithm was superior with respect to the sum-products algorithm.
