N2 - In this paper, development of LOM with general versatility (Generalized LOM) and its speed enhancement technology are described. An existing LOM is rebuilt by using versatile database and Java to realize the "Generalized LOM". The Generalized LOM doesn't depend on the software platform and it is convenient to use the network and the visualization. Furthermore, the speed of the Generalized LOM is enhanced. The processing time is shortened without reducing the prediction accuracy.
