Self-energy of degenerate holes interacting with localized Heisenberg spins is calculated on the basis of a model previously proposed by the present author. In purely two dimensional case, the calculated self-energy is found to diverge, and the Fermi liquid picture may break down. This anomaly, however, is readily removed once interlayer superexchange couplings are taken into accout. This the Fermi liquid picture is shown to be applicable to the interacting hole-spin system in three dimensions, as long as interlayer superexchange couplings are nonvanishing.
