N2 - The electronic structure of La2-xSrxCuO4 (LSCO) has been revealed by a series of photoemission spectroscopic studies. The unusual electronic states in the underdoped regime are attributed to the large and small pseudogap formation, which has been observed in other high-TC cuprates, and stripe fluctuations, which are particularly pronounced in LSCO.
