抄録

An electrochemical immuno sensor using 3D interdigitated array electrodes (3D comb electrodes) was designed and fabricated. A scanning electron microscopy (SEM) micrograph of the fabricated 3D comb electrode structures on the Pyrex glass substrate was shown. A cyclic voltammetry was performed by introducing a p-aminophenol (PAP) solution as a reduced species into the micro flowcell incorporating 2D or 3D electrodes. A flow enzyme immunoassay was also constructed by using microbeads coated with antibody, Alkalinephosphatase labeled antibody and PAPP as an enzyme substrate.
