A study was performed on high B_s CoFe thin films prepared by electrodeposition. The value of B_s was measured by using the vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The film composition was analyzed by the x-ray fluorescence (XRF) and glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy (GDOES).
