HIGH SPEED AND ROOM TEMPERATURE SYNTHESIS OF AMINO ACID SCHIFF BASE COPPER COMPLEX USING MICROFLUIDIC DEVICE

抄録

A metal complex containing amino acid, amino acid Schiff base copper complex, was firstly synthesized using a microfluidic device. The target product was synthesized within tens of seconds under room temperature by using connected two Y-shaped microfluidic device. The final product was identified by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Ultra violet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis), and Electro Spray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (ESI-MS) and amino acid Schiff base copper complex generation was confirmed. This study shows the possibility of efficiently synthesizing metal complexes containing amino acid.
