N2 - We present the implementation and validation of an Interlayer Traffic Engineering architecture based on a Hierarchical PCE where the p-PCE is notified of optical layer LSPs which become packet TE links, not requiring full topology visibility. We summarize the architecture, the control plane extensions and its experimental evaluation in a testbed.
