抄録

This chapter focuses on children who were born and raised in plurilingual and pluricultural environments since their childhood in both Australia and Japan. Their lives and languages are developed in multiple places and through interactions with various people through various networks. Their experiences and memories accumulate as their identities develop, constantly reconstructed wherever they are. In this chapter, the world of everyday life of people who have been brought up in these environments from childhood is analysed within the framework of ‘Children Crossing Borders’, focusing on the core of one’s experiences and memories as shaped by spatial mobility, linguistic mobility and language-education mobility.
