N2 - This study discusses whether we can evaluate procedural usability by checking only guidance. Four experimental systems were developed: The systems consist of same sequence but the guidance is designed differently. Human errors are compared among the systems. Based on the results of the experiments, the effects of guidance on procedural usability are to be discussed.
