N2 - Recently, the demand for high quality 360-degree video delivery is increasing, however, 360-degree videos require extremely high bitrate and large network capacity. Therefore, an efficient (i.e., higher quality and lower traffic) 360-degree video delivery is mandatory. To address this fact, this paper introduces and evaluates a tile-based 360-degree video delivery system that equips viewport movement prediction and rate adaptation.
