A systematic photoemission study of LSCO ranging from the overdoped Fermi liquid regime to the insulating regime with the high-Tc and pseudogap/stripe regimes in-between was developed. Results show that if the large pseudogap is due to shortrange antiferromagnetic correlation, then the stripes and the large pseudogap should be closely related with each other. Then the similar doping dependencies of the large pseudogap and the small pseudogap, which certainly reflects the copper pairing, suggests the antiferromagnetic fluctuation origin of the pairing force.
