抄録

This paper describes the experimental results of the difference between the recognition of isolated words and that of connected ones. Results for two spectral matching measures, LPC cepstrum and WLR (weighted likelihood ratio) are shown, too. The segmented speech regions from connected words utterances are recognized as isolated words. The word segmentations are conducted from the minimum point of CDP values and the speech interval at that time.
