N2 - We extend the static multireference description (resonant unrestricted Hartree-Fock) to a dynamical system in order to include the correlation effect dynamically. The resulting time-dependent (TD) Schrodinger equation is simplified into the time-developed rate equation (TD-CI), where the TD external field is taken into account directly in the Hamiltonian without any approximations. This TD-CI approach also has an advantage in that it takes into account the electron correlation by narrowing down the number of employed Slater determinants. We apply our TD-CI approach to the case of two electrons confined in the square quantum dot (QD) having the spin singlet multiplicity, and study theoretically the spatial and temporal fluctuation of the two-electron ground state under photon injection and pulse field application.
